By using the Cold Start Car Culture website, signing up for events, or attending our meets, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or attend our events.

Cold Start Car Culture is a car meet community and lifestyle brand. We organize in-person events, share event listings, accept attendee registrations, and review vendor and sponsor applications. We also share photos, stories, and community updates online.

When you submit photos, comments, car information, or other content to us or tag us on social media, you grant Cold Start Car Culture a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, share, and promote that content for marketing, community highlights, and event promotion. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content doesn't violate anyone else's rights.

Submitting a vendor or sponsor application does not guarantee approval or a spot at an event. We review all applications and select vendors based on fit, space, and community interest. If fees apply, they will be disclosed and agreed upon before the event. Approved vendors are expected to show up on time, operate safely, and follow all event rules and local laws.

Attendance at any Cold Start event is voluntary and at your own risk. Cold Start Car Culture and its organizers are not liable for property damage, injury, theft, loss, or any other incident that may occur at or near our events. You are responsible for your own safety, your vehicle, and your belongings.

Organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee or vehicle from an event for unsafe behavior, reckless driving, harassment, illegal activity, or any conduct that disrupts the community.

The Cold Start Car Culture name, logo, branding, website content, and original materials are owned by Beaumont Cars & Coffee. You may not use our marks or content without written permission, except for sharing or tagging us in a way that clearly references our community.

On the site and at our events, you may not:

• Engage in reckless driving, street racing, burnouts, or any unsafe vehicle operation
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
• Post or share illegal, hateful, or explicit content
• Damage property or interfere with others' enjoyment of the event
• Spam, mislead, or impersonate others
• Use the site or event for unauthorized commercial activity

Cold Start Car Culture is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at our events.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the site or attendance at events means you accept the updated terms.
